100% Arneis. Straw yellow with greenish hues; soft with a persistent finish. Luèt is made in a rich, creamy style that brings out the grape’s richness and texture. This is one of the bigger, fatter versions of Arneis. 3-day maceration on the lees. 100% is fermented in stainless steel tanks. It rests on the yeasts for 3 months. Aging in stainless for 4 months and 3 months in the bottle.
