WS92 Aipierti is a wine that takes its time, opening with salty and savory tones that feel almost severe in their stony firmness, the blanched-almond and green-olive flavors gradually blossoming into notes of grilled lemon, crunchy herbs and sea salt. The flavors keep expanding and evolving over several days, the sign of a wine with cellaring potential.
