WE93 A savory sage aroma hints at the complexity and interest to be found in this charming, complete and full-bodied wine. Accents of cinnamon, nutmeg and chaparral blend with red cherry and rhubarb on the palate, while light tannins give it just enough grip in the texture.
This wine is produced by the third generation of the Fetzer family. Ben and Jake Fetzer purchased the Masut Ranch in 1992 to grow organic Pinot Noir. The high elevation vineyard, around 1,000 feet above sea level is 35 acres of Pinot Noir which straddle the western mountains at the headwaters of the Russian River. It’s located in the brand new Eagle Peak AVA.
