2023 Raptor Ridge ‘Barrel Select’ Pinot Noir Willamette Valley

On the nose, ripe red fruit aromas with lovely hibiscus and pomegranate notes. The mid-palate reveals cola and cinnamon, with black tea and a rich earthiness reminiscent of a mushroom risotto, which coincidentally would be an excellent pairing option. Medium bodied with bright acidity and light tannin, the finish is long and complex.
