2019 Perfect Season Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Estate Notes: The 2019 Perfect Season represents another beautiful vintage from our estate vineyard. Full, inky dark, and massively expressive of its place, the wine offers a nose of blackberry, plum, blueberry, cherry compote, dusty cocoa, and holiday baking spices that follow through on the palate. There’s a beautifully silky texture with youthful tannins which are tamed by a quick decant. The finish is lingering and dominated by dark fruits.

2019 perfect season is crafted from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon clone 4 and clone 337 grapes grown at the estate in knights valley. The 2019 vintage was hand-harvested on September 26 and October 14 and fermented in tank and wood barrels. It was barrel aged for 22 months in 100% new French oak and bottled on June 13, 2021. 265 cases produced
