2019 Raen Pinot Noir Royal St Robert Sonoma Coast

JS97 The aromas of strawberry and raspberry with conifer and hints of bark are impressive. Full-bodied, but so reserved and linear with super long, tightened tannins that melt into the wine. 100% whole cluster. Drinkable now, but much better to wait a year or three.

This bottling is a selection of our finest barrels giving a window into the cool, rugged westerly hills of the true Sonoma Coast.
Aromas of rose petals, black plum, crushed red cherries, bush raspberry and wild thyme fill the bowl. Black tea, forest floor and spring meadow yield to savory herbs, delicate floral notes and a black cherry core. The finish is long lasting with the final notes encapsulated in the silky tannin structure.
