Refined and elegant palate, with a lovely sensuous feel; very deep, luxurious but light on its feet with the requisite pulse of red-fruited acidity on the finish. 95% Godello, 5% Loureiro. 100% native yeast fermentation. Aged 10 months sur lies with periodic battonage in 500L barrels and 2,500L thick stave foudres.
