A selection of younger vines, organically raised on the same terroir as the estate’s Bandol Rouge. “Restanques” are the terraces where Mourvèdre vines grow in the estate’s natural amphitheater.
Aromas suggest black pepper and Provençal garrigue. Moderate tannins, full-bodied red & black fruit flavors. Try with roasted pork or grilled lamb with spring vegetables. Blend: 70% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache
