Golden yellow with reflections reminiscent of onion skin. Aromatic, ethereal and delicate, it refers to the characteristics of the lands of origin. Floral, fruity with notes of pear, apricot and citrine nuances. Harmonious, persistent with mineral and balsamic shades.
Aromas of green apple, wildflowers, citrus zest. Juicy and lively, with a core of citrus and white fruits. Hand-harvested. Cold maceration for 72 hours. Pressed, then fermented on indigenous yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless steel tanks. Aged on fine lees in tank.
