WSI94 Deep garnet ruby in color, the 2022 Northern Gale Cabernet Sauvignon fills your senses with cherries, blackberry, summer berry compote with a hint of stone fruits. Packed with the flavor of dark ripe summer berries, cedar cigar box and sweet tobacco. The tannins are soft yet firm and the finish is long with cocoa notes and a hint of peppery spice and Rutherford dust. Drinking beautifully now and will continue to develop for another 10- 20 years. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 30 months in 75% New French Oak, 25% Once Used French Oak (Stormy Weather Barrels). 235 cases produced.
