2023 Durin Vermentino

A dry white wine, it has a beautiful pale straw yellow colour in the glass. Its nose is delicate, fresh and subtle. Its bouquet is characteristic, with hints of herbs and wild flowers, honey, resins and citrus fruits. In the mouth it is dry but delicately soft, savoury and fresh. A discreetly structured white, it enjoys an intriguing bitterish finish. Perfect to accompany a wide range of dishes, it marries beautifully with seafood and vegetable hors d’oeuvres. Lasagne and trofie with pesto, risotto with squid ink, boiled, baked or salted fish.
