Second label of the Hudson Family brand. The 2023 Feathered Thief Chardonnay is lively and engaging, featuring a broad and encompassing mouthfeel with a bright line of refreshing acidity coursing throughout. Yellow apple and white flower on the nose give way to lemon curd and orange blossom on the palate creating a focused and delicious style of Chardonnay. The fruit was picked by hand at night, whole cluster pressed, and fermented utilizing native yeast in 40% neutral French oak, 50% concrete, and 10% amphorae creating a balanced and lively wine with a lengthy finish
