A fresh, fine, elegant, harmonious and sophisticated champagne.Base wines issued from a first parceled selection will have to pass a rigorous gustative blind test to create the jewel of our house of champagne. Deep inside the cellars, the bottles embark on a long period of maturation, at least five years, before disgorgement. This long contact of the wine with yeasts permits it to develop tertiary aromas.
