Leviathan Proprietary Red Blend WSI93+ JS93 Former Screaming Eagle Winemaker Andy Erickson is one of the most accomplished winemakers of his generation. His stellar resume includes being a consulting winemaker for Dalla Valle, Mayacamas and Ovid and he is the co-owner and winemaker for Favia Wines and Leviathan. Leviathan is a proprietary blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Petite Sirah, and Cabernet Franc from his favorite growing regions in northern California: Coombsville, Carneros, Red Hills, Moon Mountain, Fountaingrove, and the Sierra Foothills. 

Querciabella Red Blend ‘Mongrana’ Maremma Toscana DOC JS94 Plenty of fresh blackberry, blackcurrant leaf, pepper and licorice on the nose. It’s full-bodied with delicious, wild brambleberry and herb notes, framed by firm, elegant tannins. Long, fresh finish. Kathryn Kennedy Lateral Bordeaux Blend WSI94+ Lateral is a stunning proprietary red with an amazing cult following.  The wine is inspired by the Bordeaux region of St. Emilion and influenced by the interplay and tension created between Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Proprietor Marty Mathis, whom you might recognize from his super high-scoring Kathryn Kennedy Cabernets, decided to showcase how each of these iconic grapes can harmonize to compliment yet contrast each other way that’s different from other Bordeaux style blends, and the results simply have to be tasted.
