2018 La Pitchoune Chenin Blanc Clarksburg ‘La Bombe’

Bright green-yellow in color.  Aromas of green melon, honeysuckle and lychee circulate with a flinty, woodsy charm.  Flavors of wild flower honey, passion fruit, sweet limes and crushed stone are brought together with a satiny texture and a persistent finish. Designed to be enjoyed now, but like Helen Mirren, this wine is certain to age with grace. Drink now or over the next 2 – 4 years.  Serve chilled.
Barrel Aged: 10 months. Barrel Breakdown:  100% French Oak 500L Puncheon, 100% 4 years or older. Production: 255 cases. 12.2% alcohol.
