Estate Notes: Fresh nose of ripe cherry, boysenberry and notes of oak and vanilla. Flavors of ripe jammy cherry, blackberry with hints of mocha and coffee. The palate is medium bodied with a sweet red fruit with nice balanced acidity and firm yet supple tannins. 3900 cases produced.
Varietal: 79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 6% Petit Verdot. 3050 cases produced.
Vessel: Fermented in stainless steel tank.
Aged 18 months in 85% French Oak (15% new), 15% American Oak (new)
