This white Burgundy is intensely flinty and chalky with pronounced spice, which interlocks beautifully with the vibrant acidity on the quite sleek palate, creating a lot of excitement. Very long, almost explosively refreshing finish. Drink or hold.
Estate Notes: The Pernand-Vergelesses 1er Cru “En Caradeux” 2020 presents a shiny pale yellow color. The nose is intense with aromas of almond and toasted bread. It is ample and refreshing in the mouth with notes of almond and vanilla. Beautiful length.
