Arugula, Chicory, Baby Fennel Salad, topped with Aged Goat Cheese, Bacon Wrapped Dates & Orange Vinaigrette

2013 La Pitchoune Rose, Vin Gris of Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast

Wine Spectrum 93+: The 2013 Vin Gris of Pinot Noir is an expressive, salmon colored pink wine with a wonderful crisp berry taste and vibrant acidity. Aromas of sweet berries, rose petals, and a hint of lime give way to flavors of strawberries, watermelon, and citrus that will not only awaken your palate, but will also be the perfect pairing with almost any food. This is a mouth-watering Vin Gris that is a fantastic companion for a sunny afternoon on the bocce court, or an aperitif to start a memorable evening. And perfect with lighter Spring fare! Serve chilled. 100% Pinot Noir aged in 100% French oak. 79 cases produced!

Braised Petite Tenderloin served with Fried Polenta, Caramelized Baby Carrots and Sautéed Spinach

2012 Round Pond Cabernet Sauvignon, Rutherford, Napa Valley

Wine Spectrum 94+, Robert Parker 93: The 2012 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford shows a black cherry and kirsch-like component often seen in top Rutherford Cabernets, with an almost Margaux-like delicacy and a dense ruby/purple color. It has a medium to full-bodied mouthfeel, sweet tannins, beautiful purity and texture and incremental richness that builds gently and graciously. This is a gorgeous 2012 to drink over the next 10-15 years.

Apple Cinnamon Bread Pudding topped with Vanilla Ice Cream

2012 Russian Hill Estate Late Harvest Viognier, 375 ml

Wine Spectrum 94+: Our tasting panel called it “the nectar of gods”. This dessert wine is unbelievably lush, rich and creamy.  It is loaded with flavors of orange peel, grapefruit and other citrus tones that are beautifully offset by a rich, sweet, honey-like quality. The wine is elegant with just enough crispness and acidity to perfectly balance the lush sense of sweetness.  An exceptional pairing with a fruit based dessert, a rich cheese cake and I bet it might even be interesting with chocolate.
